One of Lethbridge’s most prominent figures in theatre will be remembered for her contributions to drama this weekend at the Yates Memorial Theatre.
Fran Rude who passed away back in 2024, worked over 50 years as an actor, director and singer in several plays and musical productions in the city. Mark Campbell, who is an incumbant candidate to City Council, had the opportunity to perform alongside her. He says her legacy is a legend in our city.
The Tribute concert will feature a 34-piece orchestra with proceeds going towards scholarships with the Lethbridge Music & Speech Arts Festival. Showtime is at 7PM tonight and once more on Saturday.
