Lethbridge Soup Kitchen celebrates expansion

The Lethbridge Soup Kitchen celebrated the expansion of its building this Sunday, January 25. While the need for hot meals in the community continues to grow, Lethbridge received good news. Due to this expansion, the Soup Kitchen now has the capacity to serve more people. Bill Ginther, the Executive Director of Lethbridge Soup Kitchen, says the official dedication marked the opening of a new 30-by-60-foot area. The space is used for non-perishable food storage. This expansion increases the facility’s daily capacity to serve more than 100 people.
