Lethbridge ranks top 10 in best small cities

Lethbridge has cracked the top 10 of the best small cities to live in Canada. The 2022 report by Resonance Consultancy ranks our country’s best small cities under 200,000 people using data based on statistical performance and evaluations by locals and visitors in 23 areas grouped into six core categories. Trevor Lewington, the CEO of Economic Development Lethbridge says this report is important to help our city grow.

“What they look at is things that we already know about our community. The fact that we have shorter commute times, we have a great quality of life. We’re close to the mountains. They talked about our strong and diversified economies. All of the great things that we know about is why Lethbridge performed in that top 10 ranking nationally, and that’s the kind of thing you want to tell other people. We’re attempting to bring new residents to Lethbridge. We’re attempting to bring new doctors to Lethbridge. We of course want to attract new businesses to Lethbridge. Here’s someone else’s opinion confirming what we already know. That’s that Lethbridge is an awesome place to be, and there’s all kinds of opportunities here.”
