You may have noticed quite a bit of ruckus happening outside the Lethbridge Courthouse on Tuesday evening. It was part of a multi-agency training exercise which included Lethbridge Police Service, along with Fire and EMS. Luke Palmer, the emergency planning risk supervisor with the City explains why the exercise was so important. Palmer adds this training scenario took over a year to plan. The City hopes to have an after-action report on the exercise ready by the end of the year.
