Lethbridge Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing woman.
Police say 20-year-old Araya Reimann was reported missing April 29th but hasn’t been seen since March 25th. She is described as Caucasian with brown hair and green eyes, about 5’2” with a thin build. She was last seen around 9 p.m. on March 25th walking westbound along the Brewery Hill towards the coulees.

Police say efforts to locate her have been unsuccessful. Authorities have followed up on several tips, including information that Riemann was seen in Cranbrook, Red Deer and Pincher Creek. These sightings were determined to be unfounded.
In mid-June, police conducted a ground search in the coulees and belongings identified as Riemann’s were found. A further search was conducted with a drone in the coulees west of the police station. While Riemann wasn’t located, there’s evidence that she had been in the area at some time.
Police say Riemann is an at-risk person engaged in a high-risk lifestyle and struggles with substance abuse and mental health issues.
Anyone who has seen Araya Riemann or has information on her whereabouts is asked to call police at 403-328-4444 or call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
