Lethbridge food banks receive close to $200,000

Those who are struggling to put food on the table in our city received some very welcome news today. A huge donation of just under $200,000 will be going to support the Lethbridge and Interfaith food banks along with the University of Lethbridge Students’ Union. BCN’s Micah Quinn chatted with Alberta Deputy Premier Nathan Neudorf and members of the Food Bank about the funding announcement.

      • $50,000 – Donation Matching Grant
    • Interfaith Food Bank Society of Lethbridge
      • $50,000 – Donation Matching Grant
      • $60,000 – Food Bank Grant
    • Students’ Union University of Lethbridge
      • $25,000 – Food Security Grant
