Lethbridge expects more snow this week

Snow returned to southern Alberta. Some areas saw significant accumulation, with between nine and 13, or even up to 14 centimetres, particularly closer to the Rockies. Brian Proctor, meteorologist at Environment Canada, says one of the areas hardest hit by the snowfall was the Lethbridge area, where about nine centimetres were recorded at the airport. Although temperatures improved and some of the snow is beginning to melt, residents should prepare for more snow toward the end of the week.
