Jamie Ellacott searching for new lawyer

Former Lethbridge Gymnastics Academy coach Jamie Ellacott was back in court on Monday morning.

Ellacott was arrested last year and was charged with four counts of sexual assault and four counts of sexual interference.

Staff from the Lethbridge Police Service told us the girls ranged in age from seven to 14 years old.

Each victim went to the now defunct gym where the alleged abuse took place.

Back in April, Ellacott fired his lawyer and is now searching for a new one to represent him in court.

The matter has been adjourned to July 10 at 10am.
