Interfaith Food Bank’s BBQ-in-a-Bag returns for Canada Day 2021

Nothing says summer festivities like a barbeque. The Interfaith Food Bank will be celebrating Canada Day with a barbeque in a bag, decorating and colouring contest. The Food Bank has partnered with Mikado Electric and Mocha Local to provide the pre-packed barbecue packages. Danielle McIntyre, the Executive Director with Interfaith Food Bank, says the at-home package will allow community members to celebrate at home, with all the proceeds going back to the organization. The bundles are $40 and includes all the food to feed four, sides, tableware and Canada Day decorations. You can purchase a pack by calling 403-320-8779.
