Visitors downtown had one last chance this summer to bite into the city’s best cuisine on wheels.
On Monday, Foodie Fest returned for the third and final time this summer with more than a dozen local food trucks taking part, plus local musicians performed throughout the day. Downtown businesses also joined the festivities with free samples and extended shopping hours.
Foodie Fest regularly occurs annually downtown on the last Tuesday of May, June and July. But if you’re still working to satisfy your appetite after this week, Food Truck Fridays continues to take place weekly near the Nikka Yuko Japanese Garden until mid-September.
