With rising costs, it is becoming increasingly difficult to treat yourself and your loved to a romantic date night. For those who are looking to celebrate Valentine’s Day on a budget, you need to look no further than Lethbridge College. Chef Stephen Klassen with the School of Culinary Arts says diners can enjoy an experience that is elevated from the normal fare. 

Klassen says some of the dishes are not overly complicated to make, and could provide some inspiration to those who want to enjoy a classy date at home.
