Stress. It affects so many of us. We feel a lot of stress especially when it comes to the high cost of living these days. Talking about stress and its effects, being kind to those who are stressed along with self-care is important in helping us to deal with it. Even though we recently had Stress Awareness Month it does not mean that we should let our guard down.
