Day 2 of PSAC strike in Lethbridge

Members of the Public Service Alliance of Canada in Lethbridge are continuing to protest as they too are participating in a nationwide strike. This has many people wondering how this will affect things such as receiving tax refunds in a timely manner or how the strike may impact border crossings. Angela Stewart has that story.
