Community Foundation grants provide support for local charities

Since this Monday, the Community Foundation is accepting applications for its Spring Grants Programs. The organization’s executive director, Charleen Davidson, says the goal of this initiative is to support charities doing important work and empower young people to create a project that has a positive impact on their community. Davidson explains which programs you can apply for and when the deadlines are. The Community Foundation offers the grant program twice a year, once in the spring and once in the fall.
