City and Excite Lethbridge prepare for Canada Day 2026 celebration

This year, Canada celebrates its 159th anniversary, and the City of Lethbridge, together with Excite Lethbridge, have partnered to make Canada Day 2026 an unforgettable celebration. Sarah Burton, Facility Programmer with the City of Lethbridge, says residents and visitors can look forward to a full day of entertainment, activities, and services designed for the entire family.

The celebration is supported by a grant of about $175,000 from the Government of Canada’s Department of Canadian Heritage and the ongoing involvement of community partners.
