Citizens on Patrol

We all want to see crime in our communities decrease, but there’s usually not enough government budget to go around to hire enough police officers to get the job done.  But there are some volunteer groups who are making a difference.  One of those is: Citizens On Patrol.  BCN’s Paul Arthur sat down with Kimberly Hurst, the president of the AB Citizens on Patrol Association, and RCMP Staff Sgt. Vince Bacon.
