MyCityCare looked more like a Disney princess’ closet today as the non-profit’s Cinderella Project and Tux Shop opened its doors to the community with a special open house. The drop-in event gave visitors a firsthand look at how the program supports local students by providing free formal wear so teens can attend graduation, regardless of financial barriers. Tanya (Tonya) Lister, Lethbridge Director with MyCityCare says this initiative is possible thanks to the generosity of our community, who is restoring hope and dignity to our city’s grads.
