The Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee Medal was awarded to 15 local recipients on Friday evening. The medal honours residents who have committed countless hours to serve and help make our community an amazing place to live. As BCN’s Micah Quinn explains, Alberta’s Deputy Premier and Infrastructure Minister Nathan Neudorf was on hand to present medals to 15 lucky individuals.
