Casa unveils Inside-Out exhibition
Casa just announced their grand re-opening of the facility earlier this month. It includes the Inside-Out exhibition. The display brings together artists from the Lethbridge area, and works from nationally respected artists. The Curator and Gallery Services Manager for Casa, Darcy Logan, says this is an exciting way to showcase the talent of artists in our community.
The Summer Salon is part of the Inside-Out exhibition that features the art inside of Casa. Logan says the range is huge for artists, “All the way from teenagers to emerging artists, and working professionals with national reputations.”
There are 66 different artists showcased inside, along with canisters on the plaza of Casa. Two artists have installed exhibitions within those canisters.
Logan adds that Casa created five shadow boxes that are now on the Casa flagpoles on the east side of the building.
The Inside-Out exhibition at Casa will run until August 20.
