Carbon Emission Reduction plan released by the feds, author says we can get there by target date

The federal government hopes to cut greenhouse gas emissions by more than half in the next eight years with a target of reaching net-zero emissions by 2050. BCN’s Angela Stewart hears from an author who says everyone has to be on board for the plan to be successful in the end.
