Campaign looks to help K-12 kids stay warm

The shorts-and-t-shirts weather will soon come to a close, and parents are looking to outfit their children with the proper gear that they need to survive the frigid months. Suketu Shah is the Executive Director for the “Every Voice Matters” society. His organization has launched a campaign called “Let’s Beat The Cold Together” which is accepting donations of jackets, touques, mittens and boots for children in the K through 12 grades. Donations of winter items can be dropped off at the Lethbridge Police service building.
