Blue cart rollout to 10 communities starts today

The City of Lethbridge is expanding its blue cart recycling service beyond city limits. Starting Wednesday, blue carts will begin rolling out to 10 neighbouring communities. The expansion is part of Alberta’s Extended Producer Responsibility program.
The City has been contracted to provide curbside recycling collection in those communities.

All recyclables can go in a transparent plastic bag inside the blue cart, except cardboard, which should go loose inside the blue cart.
