A.I. generated kid-porn is still kid-porn, says defence lawyer

Toronto-based criminal defence lawyer, Ari Goldkind weighed in on the recent charges against a Lethbridge junior girls football coach.  Justin Tillery was arrested by ALERT’s Internet Child Exploitation unit on July 16, with help from Lethbridge Police Service. In addition to numerous child pornography charges, they allege he used A.I. to manipulate and sexualize photos of underage girls. According to Goldkind, judges are not likely to deviate on their rulings when it comes to computer-generated child porn versus the real thing.
