CANstruction 2025 is back in Lethbridge
Lethbridge’s Centre Village Mall will soon showcase model structures made of canned soups, veggies, and tuna. Canstruction is back one again. It’s the international hunger relief charity that raises millions of pounds of food each year for local food banks. It’s accomplished by building structures out of food cans. This year’s event will be held March 6th. Darryl Schalk, Board Chair with the Canstruction Event, explains which food banks the initiative will support and how the event works
Schalk says Canstruction was founded in 1992 in United States.
