Faith goals as resolutions for 2025
While many think about making resolutions to improve the physical body, as Christians we must remember what the apostle Paul says in 1 Timothy 4:8. “Physical training is good, but training for godliness is much better, promising benefits in this life and in the life to come.” Kelly Stickel is the lead pastor for Parallel Church in Lethbridge. He says we need to be focus on training our spirit by reading the Bible, praying and gathering with other believers. According to Faith Tides, the Forbes Health/One Poll survey found the average New Year’s Resolution lasts just under four months.
