Clean Energy Improvement Program for Taber

Making energy-efficient home improvements and renewable energy upgrades is the goal of the Clean Energy Improvement Program. It is a new initiative launched by the Town of Taber. The Facilities and Energy Manager, Blake Hranac, says the program offers affordable, long-term financing to homeowners. Hranac explains with this initiative, homeowners can install solar panels, upgrade insulation, and replace windows. He says there are a lot of benefits with this program.  Hranac says the basic requirement to be eligible for this program is to be a residential owner who is in good standing with the municipality.
